Stephen Viscusi is the CEO of The Viscusi Group, an international retainer-based search firm most recently ranked as one of the top search firms in New York City by Crain's New York Business. The Viscusi Group has also been named the official recruiter for The Merchandise Mart Properties in Chicago, New York, and Washington.

Stephen began his career as the Sales Manager for a dealership and was recruited to Haworth where he worked in field sales in New York City.  These experience gave him an unique perspective which he has been able to use as a recruiter.

Stephen is the author of "On the Job: How to Make It in the Real World of Work" (Random House). He is considered an authority on workplace issues, frequently seen on television and heard on the radio.
Known as America's workplace guru, Stephen combines education, experience, and common sense along with intuition to answer caller and viewer questions.

His syndicated radio show, "On The Job," is heard in over 65 markets. Stephen also writes a national column of the same title published in "U.25" magazine (circulation of 600,000).
